Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We try to keep our process simple and fair for everyone.
A signed project agreement and a 50% deposit may be required to reserve your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
If you need to cancel:
If the project is canceled before materials are ordered, your deposit will be fully refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee to cover time spent scheduling and preparing the project.
If materials have already been ordered for your project, the deposit will be applied toward materials purchased and project preparation costs. Any materials purchased specifically for your project will be provided to you.
If the project is canceled after installation has started, payment will be required for completed work, materials used, and any materials ordered.
Materials are typically ordered shortly after the project agreement is signed.
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule your installation date, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our goal is to keep the process straightforward while ensuring we only retain deposits for actual project costs and preparation work.
